Candle Care Instructions

1.  Before lighting, trim the wick to 1/4 inch, using scissors or one of our wick trimmers for a clean, safe and increased candle lifespan burn.

2.  Light your candle in a well ventilated room away from drafts, fans or high air flow, which may cause your candle to burn unevenly and leave marks on the vessel.

3.  Burn your candle for at least 3 hours on it's first light to prevent tunneling or uneven wax melt.  You should burn your candle at least 2-3 hours each remaining time, or until you obtain a full wax pool, for the ultimate burn experience.  Burning over 4 hours at a time may cause the wick to move or slant.

4.  Make sure to stop burning your candle when 1/4 inch of wax remains on the bottom of the vessel.  Burning a candle without enough wax in the jar can overheat the vessel causing damage to surface and any contact material.

5.  Once your candle is complete, clean out the jar and reuse it for a plant, container, pencil/pen jar or anything else you can imagine.

6.  Most importantly, relax and enjoy your scent experience.
